George Bazlamit
REALTOR & Broker
Serving the San Francisco Bay Area
As a Bay Area native, I’ve grown up with a passion for real estate. I come from a long line of home builders, buyers, and investors, so it’s kind of in my blood. What I love most is helping my clients find their dream homes, vacation homes, or investment properties. To me, it all begins and ends with open communication and developing personal relationships.
So, whether you are a first-time homebuyer or looking to buy a second home or investment property or even need help with a probate sale—I promise concierge-level service as your trusted real estate professional and partner. I like to think of myself as a local expert with global connections.
I was born in San Francisco, grew up on the peninsula, and attended Sacred Heart High School. I’ve ridden the real estate wave—from the extremely competitive, costly landscape the Bay Area is famous for to the housing market crash in 2008—so I’m primed to help my clients avoid any pitfalls.
I received my real estate license in 2004 and my broker license in 2006, initially to ensure family and friends closest to me were getting the attention they deserved. I was also deadset on making sure that they were not being pressured to buy or being pushed into buying something that was not ideal for them.
As sales started to trickle in, I realized that clients outside my sphere of influence were in need of proper representation, too. Of course, there are excellent realtors out there, but I pride myself on mitigating my client’s risks and handling problems to ensure their experience is as seamless as possible.
So here we are 18 years later and I finally figured out what I want to be “when I grow up.” I’ve dedicated myself to a trade I love—from consult to conclusion and beyond. That’s why I joined Park North. I want to be around other passionate realtors for the camaraderie, the extensive services, and their excellent reputation. Now as my children and their friends become young adults, I have the pleasure of helping the next generation find their happy place.
